My experience is always awesome. I haven’t been going there for long, but when you first walk in , Wendy is the first person you see and she is so friendly and pleasant. First time at Lux Nail Beauty Bar. Such a wonderful experience from start to finish. Lynn did an amazing job on my pedicure, and Kim did my manicure which I was very pleased with. Was able to take me in as a walk-in within 10 minutes. Manicure was amazing, and had a knowledgeable technician who was able to fix my broken nail(which was broke far into the mail bed).

I went to a nightmare place two weeks ago, and came to Lux to see Sarah for a Lux manicure. She was so gentle with me, very friendly, and even recommended a basic manicure despite what I originally booked to ensure I got the service I really needed whilst my nails recover from the visit to the other place. I’ll be making regular visits. Highly recommend.

I've visited Lux on a number of occasions and would absolutely recommend this location to a friend. Everyone is lovely, and the location is newly renovated. The service is excellent and I always walk out with a perfect manicure!

Sandy gave me a fantastic manicure today.

Very friendly and professional. Took me in almost right away. Very pleased with my manicure. Anna did a beautiful job and did not rush through. The receptionist was extremely helpful and professional. Would highly recommend the Hamilton location on Rymal

Every experience here is great! Wendy fit me in with not much notice...she is the best and keeps customers coming back. Kim gave me a manicure and pedicure and final result was EXACTLY what I wanted.

All services were excellent! Wax eyebrows, pedicure and shellac manicure with design.

Good experience. However today I felt somewhat rushed. A better job could have been done on my cuticles. I think the process needs to be modified a bit. I guess each nail tech has their own way of doing things. I felt like some steps were missed in both manicure and pedicure. But overall good experience.
