I was so happy with how Song Yi transformed my hair yesterday. She’s very gentle and also talked me through the whole process of my haircut. She deserves the recognition. This is definitely the salon I’ll be going back to when I’m in Montréal.

I broke one of my nails and had to remove all my nail extensions. The nail tech took her time and was careful with the one that was broken while removing the extensions. It was a long process, but it was done with attention and care. Thank you for the service! It was much appreciated :)

I had such a lovely experience at Bisou Nail and Eyelash Atelier. I absolutely love my new nails and lashes… they didn’t just meet my expectations, they exceeded them. I had such a great experience at the nail salon yesterday! She showed amazing attention to detail and made me feel completely at ease from start to finish. The atmosphere was comfortable and relaxing, which helped me unwind right away. She regularly checked in to make sure I wasn’t feeling any pain or discomfort, especially when applying pressure to my nails. The pace of the service was just right—not rushed at all. We had some light chit-chat, but it was discreet enough that I didn’t feel overheard by others, which made the experience feel very personal. Will definitely be coming back! <3

Omg my nail tech was a true Gem. She took her time, I didn’t feel rushed and the nails look flawless. I came in for an acrylic fill but she noticed the nail salon I went to before used some toxic illegal products on me. Glad she took all of it off. I will 100% be a returning customer. 💜

WONDERFUL experience! I wanted a big switch-up today from having long to short hair. Before the appointment, I felt quite nervous as I had a bad experience with short haircuts in the past somewhere else. But Hitomi is very talented and made the experience so incredible! I love the results, but most importantly, she was very sweet and she also gave me helpful tips/ information about the styling & condition of my hair. It’s always such a pleasure to be back in Yu’s chair! This was my third visit to the salon, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Yu is truly wonderful and makes you feel so comfortable from the moment you walk in. The entire staff is incredibly kind, and the salon is always spotless. I had a great experience at Ongles McGill Nail Salon! I got a full set of Poly Gel nails and a Shellac Gel pedicure, and both turned out beautiful. The staff was friendly, professional, and paid great attention to detail. A special shoutout to Cameron at the front desk for the warm welcome and excellent customer service. I'm very happy with the results and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

I searched for a nail tech for 2 years before I found Lexie and now she is my go to!! She always delivers 10/10 work. She cares about her work and her clients' nails, always prioritizing nail health in every step. My cuticles always look immaculate after each appointment and the shaping is always so cleanly done ! My nails always have amazing retention and last 5-6 weeks before I get a refill. She is also super fun to chat with during appointments and I love the snacks in her studio, it's a great touch! Highly recommend her to all my friends and family!!

Prior to getting my nails done with Lexie, I’d had my share of horrible experiences with nail salons and technicians. Lexie takes such good care of my nails. She’s meticulous, professional, and genuinely cares about their health and growth. Throughout the entire process, she makes sure you’re completely satisfied with everything. On top of that, she’s incredibly skilled. Every new set of nails is my new favorite ✨ If you had to splurge on something, this would definitely be worth it.
