I always have such a lovely experience with Kara, she really takes the time during the consult to talk through exactly what you want for your hair. I have never had someone take so much time to make sure my hair cut was perfect especially my bangs! The best hair cut I’ve gotten for my wavy/curly hair in Toronto, could not recommend more.

Rockstar salon that has a costal California vibe on the borders of South Etobicoke and New Toronto! Once again, Elevate delivers. A beachy weekend wave, this time grey tone. Going in w/Covid Grey (aka au natural) and Elevate rolled with it, no colour, rather added a few volumizing Perfectly matched extensions and did an iron beachy wave. Super reasonable pricing. Awesome talent here. Good company too. If you want to stay (or go) anywhere in the blonde-grey spectrum book with Elevate (Pam, Erin & Maria) Getting your hair right is serious business, you can trust this spot.

This was my first haircut here in toronto as a tourist. I felt very comfortable and at ease with my hair stylist, I enjoyed the small talk and overall atmosphere. I had a wonderful experience with Eclat! I was due to go to a wedding of a family member and wanted to look my best. The team at Eclat did a wonderful job! Both the makeup and hair were exactly what I was going for! I felt so beautiful and confident the whole night! There was much attention to detail, and the team made me feel right at home, offering drinks and even the opportunity to set the music playlist in the studio! If I ever have another formal event again while visiting Toronto, I will definitely be sure to book Eclat again!

I had the best experience at The Curl Lounge with Elisha being my hairdresser. She gave great tips and advice on how to maintain and style curly hair. She gave honest opinions about what type of cut I should get, so I would love my hair. I loved the service she provided and she was really nice. I would recommend this place if you want your curls to look amazing. My hair went from dry with split ends to a nice cut with hydrated and defined curls. The salon is also very nicely designed and very calming :)

Amanda was amazing! I have naturally curly hair, and she took her time throughout the entire appointment to make sure everything was exactly how I wanted. She checked in with me at every step and really listened to what I was looking for. This was actually my first haircut ever, so I was a little nervous, but Amanda made me feel completely comfortable and confident throughout the process. I got a full balayage and a layered haircut, and I absolutely love the results. My hair turned out beautiful, couldn’t be happier with it :)

All I can say is money well spent. Everyone who knows me knows I am hard to please when it comes to finding a hairdresser in Toronto. Toronto hairdresser are too lazy and dont care about their clients. Before Mrs. Marva even started my hair I was planning my next visit. She is soooo dedicated and caring. I go to Rina because she knows curly hair and I’m supremely comfortable sitting in her chair and letting her perform her magic. I have never been disappointed with the outcome.
