I always have such a lovely experience with Kara, she really takes the time during the consult to talk through exactly what you want for your hair. Rockstar salon that has a costal California vibe on the borders of South Etobicoke and New Toronto! Once again, Elevate delivers. A beachy weekend wave, this time grey tone. Going in w/Covid Grey (aka au natural) and Elevate rolled with it, no colour, rather added a few volumizing Perfectly matched extensions and did an iron beachy wave. Super reasonable pricing. Awesome talent here. Good company too. I had a wonderful experience with Eclat! I was due to go to a wedding of a family member and wanted to look my best. The team at Eclat did a wonderful job! Both the makeup and hair were exactly what I was going for! I felt so beautiful and confident the whole night! There was much attention to detail, and the team made me feel right at home, offering drinks and even the opportunity to set the music playlist in the studio! If I ever have another formal event again while visiting Toronto, I will definitely be sure to book Eclat again!

Incredible! As always! I came in with the wonky-est grown-out pixie, and Kara did an incredible job in bringing my hair back to life. She was extremely patient during the consultation and was so communicative during every step of the hair cut. I felt so comfortable in the salon and left feeling so confident. I already have my follow-up hair appointment in 2.5 months time, and I can't wait!! 10/10 recommend, for anyone looking for a hair stylist in Toronto.

I had the best experience at The Curl Lounge with Elisha being my hairdresser. She gave great tips and advice on how to maintain and style curly hair. She gave honest opinions about what type of cut I should get, so I would love my hair. I loved the service she provided and she was really nice. I would recommend this place if you want your curls to look amazing. My hair went from dry with split ends to a nice cut with hydrated and defined curls. The salon is also very nicely designed and very calming :)

Kate was phenomenal - I’d been needing a change and she really worked her magic, giving me so much more brightness while keeping it natural and blended. My family and friends have been raving about how good it looks, and how seamless the colour blend is! All I can say is money well spent. Everyone who knows me knows I am hard to please when it comes to finding a hairdresser in Toronto. Toronto hairdresser are too lazy and dont care about their clients. Before Mrs. Marva even started my hair I was planning my next visit. She is soooo dedicated and caring. I go to Rina because she knows curly hair and I’m supremely comfortable sitting in her chair and letting her perform her magic. I have never been disappointed with the outcome. It’s so nice to not have to make decisions and just know she’ll tame my curls. She’s also absolutely brilliant with colour!
