Just had my first platinum hydrofacial with Charnelle at Novaderm and I’m obsessed! ✨ She made me feel so comfy, explained everything perfectly, really attentive and took great care of my needs. Also chatted about future treatment plans that can help my dehydration. My skin is literally glowing! Charnelle is amazing — I can’t wait for my next session! 💛🌸

Believe it or not, there have been times where I’ve had to get treatments done elsewhere, either when traveling or when I can’t actually get an appointment at Sublime, as clients always take priority over me 😉 but today was one of those days when I did manage to get a few treatments done and I don’t think I’m being cheeky when I say how proud I am of the level of service and dedication each one of the staff give for their clients.
