This was really amazing and Judith handled me with so much care. A very pleasant lady which made my experience so easy from the very start. Texts sent regarding the appointment was responded to very quickly. Spoke me through the procedure which made me feel at ease. I would recommend this spa to everybody. I really enjoyed my visit to TLC Laser but what stood out the most was the customer service. I initially picked the wrong treatment but Nicole didn't make a big thing out of it, instead, she immediately went out of her way to seek the proper treatment for me. Nicole was very helpful with regards to the advice she gave me with my skin concerns. It felt more like a conversation between friends instead of it being a transactional exchange. I really enjoyed the treatment as well so I can't wait to go back for my next treatment. ❤️
