Just had my first platinum hydrofacial with Charnelle at Novaderm and I’m obsessed! ✨ She made me feel so comfy, explained everything perfectly, really attentive and took great care of my needs. Lovely place and excellent service. I went in for a skin consult followed by a chemical peel with Meghan. She was really fantastic at putting me at ease and answering all my questions. Never had so many compliments on my skin! It felt so clean and breathable when I left my Hydrafacial appointment. Charnelle is so kind and comforting and didn’t make me feel embarrassed about where my skin was at after not having a facial in ages. The lymphatic drainage also helped sculpt my face before an event & everyone was telling me my skin looked so supple and hydrated and glowy even without makeup. Also the lash lift with Nicole— AMAZING. You wake up feeling so pretty & no need for mascara. I had extensions for 7 years and don’t think I will need to go back! Thank you both xx

I was greeted with a huge smile from all the team members and they immediately made me feel comfortable. Mathapelo did my dermaplaning, threading and facial and she was absolutely amazing! I just had the most amazing experience! The practitioner was so knowledgeable, friendly, and made me feel at ease. The chemical peel was exactly what I needed, and the aftercare products and instructions were top-notch. My skin is already looking and feeling incredible! 🌸💫 5-star service all the way! 👏

I had my 3rd session with Mitchell and still cannot compliment her enough. She absolutely knows skin, she learns her clients and just excels. My skin has shown a massive improvement - the most now after trying different things over the years (again, it’s only been 3 sessions). I get so excited to my follow up sessions because the difference is actually visible!

Unreal Lactifirm facial by Charnelle and my partner saw Storm for the same treatment. My skin looks unreal just 4 days later. Really happy!
