Gabi is amazing, always gives an amazing service and makes me feel comfortable!! No complaints about my time with her :) Appointment management is frustrating though, before most of my appointments I get a call asking me to move my appointment earlier and even when I decline due to work commitments it still gets moved with less than 24 hours notice and no way of moving it back. Not respectful of customers time!

Love this place and love the girls that work there . I had such a lovely experience today at my lash appointment. Natalie was so hospitable and attentive toward me and my daughter, she made us feel right at home. My lashes look just how I wanted them, I showed her a picture and she really delivered on exactly how I wanted them. I couldn’t be happier! 5* service with a smile and great conversation. Dr. Eldimarys Curry-Machado has a wonderful new little facility in Crystal Palace. I was a client of hers for several years in Harley Street and have decided to travel to Crystal Medica instead because her personal dedication to her clients and private facility really make it worth the trip. The centre provides several cosmetic and beauty options including hydro facial, CO2 laser, radiofrequency, micro needling, botox, PRP, wrinkle treatments, threading, peels, IV drips, and so much more. I really recommend booking in a consultation.

Had my first microneedling session with Selda and she was wonderful, very informative and I will be returning for more treatments.

I had an amazing experience at Crystal Medica. From start to finish, the team was welcoming, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. I felt completely at ease and well looked after throughout my visit. The clinician took the time to listen carefully, explain everything clearly, and tailor the approach to my individual needs rather than just rushing into anything. I was also impressed by their flexibility and how quickly they were able to accommodate me and provide support. The atmosphere was clean, calming, and you can really tell they care about delivering the highest standard of care.

I don’t normally leave reviews but these guys were brilliant. The communication was great, they phoned me when there was an admin issue to clear up, then when I went to the wrong branch (one of those days) they fit me in anyway. The attention to detail was brilliant and I’m overjoyed with the outcome. The technician took her time and wanted to ensure I was happy, even when the next appointment arrived I didn’t feel rushed. Super informal and easy vibe, and I loved daydreaming out the window during some rare downtime while being made to look presentable again. Will definitely return.

I had a natural Botox treatment with Selda, and she did an amazing job! This was my second time with her, and I got fantastic results. She truly listened to what I wanted and delivered exactly that. Highly recommend!
