I had an exceptional experience. The atmosphere was truly inviting, with a spa room setting that provided a serene and luxurious environment—far superior to typical therapy room settings. The lovely music and calming ambiance made the experience even more soothing. Massage was incredibly rejuvenating, and I haven’t had such a high-quality massage in a long time. Masseuse was fantastic, delivering a perfect balance of relaxation and deep tissue work. The facial was equally impressive, leaving my skin feeling refreshed and revitalized. I had such a lovely experience today at my lash appointment. Natalie was so hospitable and attentive toward me and my daughter, she made us feel right at home. My lashes look just how I wanted them, I showed her a picture and she really delivered on exactly how I wanted them. I couldn’t be happier! 5* service with a smile and great conversation. Five stars doesn't even do justice to this facial experience! From the first touch, I knew I was in for something special. Yasmin was not only knowledgeable but also passionate about skincare. I was a client of hers for several years in Harley Street and have decided to travel to Crystal Medica instead because her personal dedication to her clients and private facility really make it worth the trip. The centre provides several cosmetic and beauty options including hydro facial, CO2 laser, radiofrequency, micro needling, botox, PRP, wrinkle treatments, threading, peels, IV drips, and so much more. I really recommend booking in a consultation.

great relaxing neck and shoulders massage as well as head massage, which I was not expecting. Slight niggle - would maybe have liked a bit more focus on actual head massage. Overall, positive experience. Thank you Yasmin.
