I had an amazing facial experience with Sim! She was incredibly professional, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire session . She checked in regularly to see if I was okay, and her technique was both gentle and effective. My skin feels refreshed and glowing, and I truly appreciate the care she put into every step. Gabi is amazing, always gives an amazing service and makes me feel comfortable!! No complaints about my time with her :) Appointment management is frustrating though, before most of my appointments I get a call asking me to move my appointment earlier and even when I decline due to work commitments it still gets moved with less than 24 hours notice and no way of moving it back. Not respectful of customers time!

Jay is as fantastic. I usually use my other beauty place, but today was an emergency and booked Jay for the 1st time. She was absolutely fabulous and very professional. Also she simply was genuinely a very nice and thoughtful person. She did my waxing super delicate knowing that I have a very sensitive skin. I’ve booked a block of Ayurvedic lymphatic drainage massage with Afshan as after having a baby my ankles remained full of fluid. Each session the difference is incredible and I feel like I am becoming the old me again. Afshan has a wealth of knowledge about the lymphatic system and gives me exercises to do each week to build on the work she has done. I feel cared for, supported and treated as an individual. I can’t recommend Afshan enough.

Went in for a quick facial. The lady was super attentive making sure i was comfortable accommodating my fussy questions and movements. The products used smelled incredible and felt so nourishing. My skin was visibly glowing and so soft afterward. Honestly, Zaynab is always a gem at what she does. She has a gift in making you feel at comfort and is genuinely a true professional. Lovely little salon on the Romans. Great atmosphere, very nice and professional team, amd loads of therapies available. I have seen Gozde twice and I highly recommend her. My eyebrows look perfect and my rather deep perioral wrinkles have finally been filled, giving me a very natural look. Gozde definitely has magic hands!
