Amazing, high quality and painless lash lift and eyebrows done by Valeria. Her attention to detail and precision is the best and i love how curled my lashes look. I couldnt recommend Valeria enough, she is so professional, down to earth and i genuinely enjoyed chatting away with her during my appointment! Louise was really lovely — welcoming, calm and very professional, which made it easy to relax straight away. The massage itself was much more than I expected. It covered head, neck, shoulders and back, and even my feet, which I wasn’t expecting but really appreciated. Everything was done with care and the pressure was spot on throughout. I left feeling completely relaxed and much lighter than when I went in. You could tell Louise really wanted you to get the most out of the treatment. I felt properly refreshed from head to toe afterwards. Amazing experience can’t wait to go back again!

Amazing personalized care—highly recommend I’ve been going to Susan regularly for six weeks now, and it’s made a huge difference to my wellbeing. She tailors every session to exactly how I’m feeling on the day. I now trust her completely to decide what my body needs when I walk in—whether that's reflexology, an Indian head massage, or a regular massage. She is incredibly skilled and really tunes into what you need.

Great experience as always! Carly is a fab person, chatty and funny while still being extremely professional. My eyebrows always look so good after Carly has finished with them. As I said before I wouldn’t let anyone else touch them. Thanks Carly!

Stephanie is such a professional and lovely specialist. She made me feel completely comfortable and at ease throughout my experience. I’ve already had several treatments with her and have always been very happy with the service. I’ll definitely be seeing her again in a few weeks! I would highly recommend Royal Beauty Lounge for the quality of their services, excellent customer care, and welcoming atmosphere.

Susan greeted me warmly and welcomed me in to the treatment room, which was peaceful and relaxing. After a chat and an examination of my posture, she explained what she planned to do as part of the treatment. The treatment couch was very comfortable. The treatment was excellent - the pressure of the massage was just right to deal with my aches and pains, and I felt that Susan worked hard on the knots in my neck but at no time was it painful. This morning, I had woken and feel less tension and feel that I really benefitted from the session. I will definitely book again.

Before we visited Ash this morning we weren’t happy with our hair and constantly wore our hair up. Both my daughter and I left the salon very happy and confident with our new hair. Ash listened to what we wanted and gave us such lovely advice. Thank you so much! We both love our hair. We look forward to our next visit.

The best wax I’ve ever had - the wax used made it basically painless, the lines were symmetrical and I wasn’t left with any rash/redness or bumps. Valeria was beyond friendly and I had such an enjoyable experience with her. Would absolutely come back again!
