Dana was amazing. After seeing my booking notice, she let me change my name on the booking and made sure I felt comfortable and welcome. Couldn't have asked for a more lovely stylist, and will definitely be coming back again :)

My partner and I had eyebrows treatments today. Suzanne is very professional and she explained all details about the process and after care advice. Easily one of the best haircuts I've had. Im usually pretty nervous going to new hairdressers due to bad experiences in the past, however I was immediately put at ease with the welcoming and friendly atmosphere. The service was amazing and everyone there was lovely from the second I walked in. I went from long layers to a shaggy mullet and I was originally pretty anxious over the big change, but Dana was very patient and understanding, checking up often to assure the haircut was exactly what i was hoping for. I will definitely be back! Thank you!! <3

What a find! Suzanne was welcoming from the start. She is very professional and experienced. The clinic is super clean and comfortable. I had semi permanent makeup on my brows and she was extremely detailed and would not let me leave until both myself and her were happy with the results. Im already looking to book something else as felt very safe and in good hands.

Absolutely fantastic! I live in Swansea, and it is worth travelling to Cardiff to have treatment in this salon. Suzanne is a really lovely lady who puts you at ease, straightaway. . Today I went for a top-up on my Brows. She made me feel so welcome, we chatted as if we'd been friends for years. I will recommend Suzanne to everyone, she is Professional and very reasonable. Definitely worth a visit. xxx
