What a wonderful experience I had today at the sanctum wellbeing. I had the essential oil facial and head massage with neck back and shoulder massage. The room is so cosy, comfortable and beautiful. I was so relaxed, could have stayed there all day. Louise is so friendly, calming and a fantastic therapist. Can’t wait to try the other treatments on offer x

I had a wonderful cranial massage by Camille who was warm, friendly, put me at ease at once and provided the best therapy I have ever experienced! My tense neck and shoulder muscles finally began to relax after months of stress and the head and face massage was truly healing. I've lived in the cardiff area for 15 years and struggled to find a hairdresser that does what I ask for until now!! I've been going to Amore now for 2 years, everytime I walk away happy. Amazing service, friendly team - Both Nikita and Courtney have done my hair and both are top notch. Can't recommend them enough. Thank you ladies!!! ❤️

Thai touch, give the best Thai massage around the vale and Cardiff I highly recommend them. I have had Lek the last couple of times and she is very strong formthebthai yoga massage gets all the knots out and all the staff are very friendly and professional 10/10 I will be back regularly

Mali was great. One of the best. I had a Tai oil massage and Mali concentrated on my lower back and neck where i had a lot of discomfort and tightness. After the massage i felt loose and the pain is much better. I will be going back again soon. Thank you Mali.

I recently had a full body massage with Grace, and it was honestly one of the best experiences. From start to finish, she was absolutely amazing! Professional, attentive and incredibly skilled. Grace made me feel at ease straight away, and her technique was just perfect. She knew exactly how much pressure to apply and really focused on the areas my body needed. I had such a lovely experience with Camille! I went back for a back massage and cupping, and it was exactly what I needed. She made me feel completely at ease from the moment I arrived, and her technique was incredible. So relaxing but also really effective at working out tension.
