First time visiting Charnel at Seasonal Glo and was welcomed with the biggest hug and smiling face, instantly felt at ease! Charnel had a chat with me to find out what I was looking to get out my session and went on to give me the best aromatherapy full body and Indian head massage (not just washing machine rubbing - pin pointed tension release) ending with an ice globes add on - 100% recommend! I asked to have my shoulders back down from my ears and am the most relaxed I’ve been in forever. So ready for my next session! Thank you so much ❤️

I Had carbon laser done, Faiqa was very professional, she went through everything throughly, and made sure I was comfortable, she gave me complimentary treatments too. I could see instant results after my treatment.

There were more than 4000 gel colors. I had a really great experience. They were very professional. They were the best and the best quality nail specialists with professional designs in this shop. You should definitely try them. You will be really surprised and recommend them to everyone. They are nail specialists. Absolutely. They are different from other hair salons that have a one nail table and few colors ..so I recommend to anyone local customer around this shop also I come from city centre Birmingham it was 3 mailege but it's worth

Was in much need of some “me” time & relaxation. Steph did not disappoint. I had a wonderful hot stone massage which really helped me unwind & loosen out some tension. Will definitely be back again!

I had the ' HEADSPA x HYDRO FACIAL - luxury scalp facial head spa with hydro facial' and this was one of the best treatment experiences i have had! Would highly recommend Pam as she delivered an outstanding service, remained professional and was really friendly. throughout. She was very skilled and knowledgeable, and gave great advice on how to maintain a healthy scalp as well as after care guidance. Thank you Pam for an amazing and relaxing treatment xx

This is my first massage.I came to release all the trauma and stress after my da marriage & to reset my nervous system.I got so emotional and felt at complete peace walking out.I felt like she removed all the trauma and stress from my body.It was truly a beautiful experience.

A wonderful head spa with Lera. What a beautiful soul she is. She took great care of me and my sister for her birthday treat. Explained everything and made the whole experience so enjoyable. We nearly cancelled due to our Saturday booking having to be rescheduled and losing out on the cancelled train fare but I didn't want to break my promise to my sister. I was told by Dionne the manager that is said in black bold caps on the website that they don't take head spa appointments on Saturdays. After our call ,I checked again and there were no black bold caps saying this. Not a great response!

Had a hydrating facial bought as a gift. It was amazing! Included facial steam and massage. As well as a neck, shoulder and head massage. Very smiley and attentive staff, made for a great experience.
