Tranquil, peaceful, therapeutic, professional, clean and magical. It's been years since I past came and the service is still impeccable. Rachelle massaged my back, Shoulders, neck and head. Used and oil specifically to help relax my muscles as I carry a lot of tension 6 months post partum. She also applied hot stones as I was particularly sore and stiff around my back. It was so good I fell asleep. A changing with shower for privacy, peaceful music and low lit lamps made the experience transcendent. Thank you so much. I really needed it !!

I’ve been going to her regularly, and she’s always been very professional. Every time I visit, I feel completely relaxed afterward. She really knows what she’s doing, especially when it comes to relieving muscle tension. I usually go for a sports massage, and it’s been extremely effective especially since I work out. I would definitely say she’s one of the best at what she does, and I highly recommend her.

Had a really relaxing time at Rich Hair today. First a facial, then my hair was coloured, cut and blow dried. I also had a head massage and left the salon feeling amazing. The staff are a really happy and friendly group who make sure that all clients receive the best treatment.

The massage was absolutely wonderful. Aneta truly knows what she’s doing. She identified every area of tension and worked through each tight spot with real skill and care. I left feeling completely renewed. I genuinely believe this place is a real gem in Barking. The atmosphere is calm, soothing and creates a lovely sense of safety, which feels especially important nowadays. The relaxing music and Aneta’s warm, kind approach made the whole experience even more special. I’m so glad I came today. Thank you.

Anamaria has just cut my long hair to very short and she has done an absolutely superb job. Her skill, professionalism and continuously asking me questions and talking me each stage of this cut makes her for me a really stand out hairdresser. Cannot recommend Annamaria enough!

Rosie and Rinday are amazing girls- full of honest and professional advice- In fact the whole team keep you comfortable and offer you lots of beverages. Really love their head massages when they wash hair! Only wish they had magazines as it does get busy (as they are so popular) and it can pass the time.

Always an amazing experience no matter what therapist you have, they are all very highly skilled, the environment is calming and soothing. Definitely the best I have used in London and I have been a constant visitor for quite a few years now. Great staff and place.

Well i was in a rush as i don’t actually live in London and i didn’t expect that they had time to do my hair without appointment but the girl in the reception was specially kind and nice and in five minutes a hair dresser was cutting my hair and she did a wonderful job absolutely great!! Definitely I’ll be back 👍

Had a great experience. Virginie was really good, she used perfect pressure and technique to melt away all my tension and stress from my body. I felt relaxed and fresh. My aches and pains were gone.
