Had my appointment with Marinela at Aurae London on Saturday 17th January at 1:30pm and I’m so pleased with the results. She was professional, friendly and took great care with my nails. They look flawless and exactly how I wanted them. I would definitely recommend Marinela to anyone. 💅✨

I had a wonderful experience at the salon! The staff were incredibly welcoming and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Well i was in a rush as i don’t actually live in London and i didn’t expect that they had time to do my hair without appointment but the girl in the reception was specially kind and nice and in five minutes a hair dresser was cutting my hair and she did a wonderful job absolutely great!! Definitely I’ll be back 👍

I went for a haircut to Vida today without prior appointment I was asked to just wait for 10 mins which is a amazing wait time without an appointment. Zhanna the hair dress was fabulous she really understood what i wanted and took time to give me a beautiful haircut. It was a excellent experience 👌 I would definitely recommend this place as their service is excellent. Thank you Zhanna for a beautiful haircut.

I have no words! Firstly the lady was very kind and the place look very friendly and professional👌. I had my waxing and the pain was bearable. Lastly the place is super clean and dosen't smell bad at all. I will reccomend this place if you wish to have a good and clean waxing session

Had my eyebrows waxed and tinted today. 1st time for a beauty treatment at Vida. Ladies, you know when you have your eyebrows waxed and then have to pluck those stray hairs out when you get home? Well not here, that was done whilst I was there NEVER had such attention to detail before. Will 100% be returning. Very good value for money and my eyebrows look great.

I’ve had my 4th waxing appointment with Rachel and I can honestly say she’s the only one I trust. She has such a calming and friendly manner and makes you feel completely comfortable throughout the whole appointment. Rachel is so lovely, professional, and attentive, and she always goes the extra mile to make sure you feel at ease. I couldn’t recommend her enough.
