I had the most incredible Japanese head spa experience yesterday with Rosa. From start to finish, it was pure relaxation. The treatment included not only the head spa itself, but also a beautiful facial and a massage across my shoulders and arms, which made it feel like a full luxury spa experience rather than just a hair treatment. Rosa washed my hair so thoroughly and gently, and then used a variety of different techniques and treatments on my scalp and hair that felt amazing. If you’re thinking about booking a Japanese head spa, do it and definitely book Rosa!

I had a great experience at the salon! She was so friendly and easy to talk to, which made the whole appointment really enjoyable. She gave me a fantastic haircut and took the time to give me helpful advice on how to look after my hair and keep it healthy. I’m really happy with the result and would definitely recommend her. Tranquil, peaceful, therapeutic, professional, clean and magical. It's been years since I past came and the service is still impeccable. Rachelle massaged my back, Shoulders, neck and head. Used and oil specifically to help relax my muscles as I carry a lot of tension 6 months post partum. She also applied hot stones as I was particularly sore and stiff around my back. It was so good I fell asleep. A changing with shower for privacy, peaceful music and low lit lamps made the experience transcendent. Thank you so much. I really needed it !!

I recently had a Swedish massage that was truly one of the most relaxing experiences I’ve had in a long time . I especially appreciated how attentive Kay was, checking in about pressure and focusing on areas where I carry the most stress. By the end of the session, I felt completely rejuvenated—both physically refreshed and mentally at ease.

I’ve been going to her regularly, and she’s always been very professional. Every time I visit, I feel completely relaxed afterward. She really knows what she’s doing, especially when it comes to relieving muscle tension. I usually go for a sports massage, and it’s been extremely effective especially since I work out. I would definitely say she’s one of the best at what she does, and I highly recommend her.

The massage was absolutely wonderful. Aneta truly knows what she’s doing. She identified every area of tension and worked through each tight spot with real skill and care. I left feeling completely renewed. I genuinely believe this place is a real gem in Barking. The atmosphere is calm, soothing and creates a lovely sense of safety, which feels especially important nowadays. Zaini is an extremely talented hair stylist/ hairdresser! She knows exactly what the client needs and delivers perfectly !!! I had a full head highlights done with wash and blow dry… the results were amazing !! Thank you Zaini and thanks to Beauty Suite ( Mina) for staying behind late , even after closing hours!!

Well i was in a rush as i don’t actually live in London and i didn’t expect that they had time to do my hair without appointment but the girl in the reception was specially kind and nice and in five minutes a hair dresser was cutting my hair and she did a wonderful job absolutely great!! Definitely I’ll be back 👍

I went for a back and shoulder massage and dry cupping. It helped relieve muscle tension and provided immediate relaxation, especially around my shoulders. Jenn used firm yet comfortable pressure, which helped improve blood circulation and ease stiffness. She is absolutely amazing and definitely has a healing hand.

I love Jeanette's warmth towards clients. I had the most amazing massage. I knew my legs were tight and she was so good in slowly adding pressure to help release the tension. Felt so much better and relaxed when I left
