Connor is a respectful polite young man who is clearly passionate and very good at what he does. Im very happy with the beard trim and style i got. The atmosphere is a relaxed vibe which is cool, even got a free drink and a handshake before leaving. Will be back.

Absolutely incredible! My children were ‘after school spicy’ and the barber handled it like a pro. My son’s hair is so hard to cut, but he did the best job! When we left my son said to be ‘oh I am definitely transferring here and making this my usual barber’ 😂🙌🏻 Thank you 🙏🏻

Legend of a barber and an even better bloke. Always takes the time, pays attention to detail, and makes sure you leave looking sharp. The shop has a great vibe and you can tell he actually cares about his work and his clients. Couldn’t recommend him and the barbershop enough!

This was my first visit to SV Hair, as we have recently moved to Gladstone, so it's always daunting when you go to a new hairdresser. Came away extremely happy and think I have found my new salon (after going to the same one for 24 years whilst in Brisbane). Colour is fantastic and cut just what I wanted. Thank you so much.

Really impressed with the attention to detail. The fade is clean, the line-up is sharp, and they made sure everything blended perfectly. Relaxed atmosphere and great prices too. This is my new go-to barber shop.

Our usual barber was away, so my husband booked in with Ben at The Local Barbershop. Ben went out of his way to fit him in as early as he could for an appointment, which we really appreciated. From the moment he arrived, the service was fantastic and the atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. Most importantly, my husband came home with the best haircut he's ever had! Ben's attention to detail, professionalism, and skill were outstanding. It's clear he genuinely cares about his clients and takes pride in his work. We can't recommend Ben highly enough and will definitely be back!

I got the haircut that I asked for after years of no one listening. I’m male and only want a basic haircut. My own fault because I accept what I get given because it’s a pass. If you’re a bloke give her a tip…I haven’t paid $29.95 for a haircut since pre 2000.
