What a wonderful experience! As someone with natural hair, going to a salon can be nerve wracking, but the hairstylists made me feel completely at ease. They were so gentle from the wash right through to the final styling. I absolutely love my mini twists. They are neat, lightweight, and the perfect protective style that I know will last for a long time. On top of that, their prices are incredibly reasonable compared to most natural hair salons. I couldn’t be happier with the service and will definitely be back!

I had a wonderful experience at the kids' salon. Keneilwe-my child's braider- was patient, friendly, and made my child feel comfortable as well as the other staff throughout the visit. The service was excellent, I highly recommend it!

Firstly, I'm so happy that Indalo is back in Pretoria! Love the new space and had a great experience with Phila doing my hair, interlocking can be painful but she was so gentle and I didn't experience any pain or discomfort.

It was great, first time to the hair salon and I didn't get clear number for the hair salon, so I went to the other salon where I greeted, sit on the comfortable sofa for about 20 minutes, eventually I asked who my hairstylist is, that's when I was taken to B31, but when I got there, she didn't waste time.. I was done with the treatment and my funky twist🙌💃😇
