I was given a voucher as a birthday present from a friend so decided to use it for the pic n mix option. Best choice ever. I had a lovely back, shoulder and neck massage followed by a facial and scalp massage ending with light therapy. Absolutely brilliant. Professional, clean and personalised. I had a luxury facial with Michelle and my skin was literally glowing afterwards. I suffer with acne and the facial really helped with the appearance of my acne spots and also made my skin look super smooth too. The products used were amazing and smelled really nice. I had a few treatments which were all good, my facial was amazing, really cleansing and brightening my complexion and I love my pedicure, it was just what was required as my cuticles were shameful! I now have beautiful nails, summer ready!

Today I had the Medik8 Signature Facial with Hannah, and it was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. Hannah took the time to listen to all of my skin concerns and addressed them with such care and professionalism. I left the clinic feeling truly refreshed and glowing. The clinic itself is beautiful, spotless, and so welcoming, and every member of the team I met was genuinely lovely. I’m already looking forward to booking my next visit!

Melissa was very friendly. Had a facial & indian head massage. Compared to others the price was great. Facial itself was very relaxing & included a hand & arm massage which was a nice touch! Reasons for 4 stars 1: temp in treatment room/salon was very warm (don’t think there was air con) 2: the music would play one spa song & then you would get a random ad thrown in, you just get relaxed and in the mood then have a window ad or someone rambling on about insurance. Despite this I would return. Small suggestions Switch the music to a cd/music subscription & add a fan & it would be 5+ stars!

Really pleased with my results! Kiki is great and gave me the confidence to have my facial which I was really nervous about. Will be going back xx

My Appt with Louise today was my 3rd Microneedling Session which went really well. I've visually seen my skin improve over the past couple of months with the Microneedling, Facials and Red Light Therapy booked as a package and been so impressed I'm now booking the same package to address my neck & Décolletage.
