Beth is amazing, talented and a perfectionist. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my face. I moved to London now but still travel back to Southampton once a month for my facial with Beth, so that must tell you how fabulous she is! Plus I love our little chats during our facial. Highly recommend

I was given a voucher as a birthday present from a friend so decided to use it for the pic n mix option. Best choice ever. I had a lovely back, shoulder and neck massage followed by a facial and scalp massage ending with light therapy. Absolutely brilliant. Professional, clean and personalised. This was my first experience getting a deep cleanse facial and dermaplane. Bethany was friendly, welcoming and very knowledgable and she made sure to explain the process to me. My skin feels less congested and a lot smoother. Will definitely be booking in again soon!

Booked her again 2 days later for a different treatment! - Came in for an impromptu Brow Shaping, she was quick, efficient, kind, and very knowledgeable. She talks you through every step of the way, I hope Marta will be the facial treatment guru I desperately needed for a long time!

Melissa was very friendly. Had a facial & indian head massage. Compared to others the price was great. Facial itself was very relaxing & included a hand & arm massage which was a nice touch! Reasons for 4 stars 1: temp in treatment room/salon was very warm (don’t think there was air con) 2: the music would play one spa song & then you would get a random ad thrown in, you just get relaxed and in the mood then have a window ad or someone rambling on about insurance. Despite this I would return. Small suggestions Switch the music to a cd/music subscription & add a fan & it would be 5+ stars!
