Dana is the BEST IN THE BIZ! I literally fly interstate to see her. Booking in for a brow lami with her is the first thing I do whenever I plan a trip home to Newcastle. She gives a heavenly head massage and is extremely professional. Phoebe has done a great job working with hard Lashes to work with as I have just recently had my Lashes fried with lash removal chemical being left on way too long Elsewhere and have allowed them to rest for a few weeks before returning to Phoebe to work with a classic set until my Lashes recover Thank you, Phoebe. I now have some Lashes. 😂

Absolutely love this place my best salon ever in Newcastle. This wasn’t my first visit, and every time I come in for eyebrow threading, I leave completely satisfied. The staff are always welcoming, professional, and incredibly skilled. The threading is quick, precise, and nearly painless, and my brows always come out looking perfect. The salon is clean, calming, and has a lovely atmosphere. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality beauty services in Newcastle.

I had brow lamination, shaping and hybrid tint, plus a lash lift with hybrid tint, aftercare serum, and a lip wax with Sim. She was incredibly efficient, thorough, and paid great attention to detail. The results were exactly what I was hoping for.

Always a great experience. I have really sensitive eyes & I also have ADHD so doing my lashes is no doubt a challenge. Lisa is amazing! Love the laughs and the open spaces. I can't stand salons where you feel overcrowded & rushed out the door.
