I heard of this place through my PT and thought I would try the cupping massage as it is something I have always thought about doing but didn’t know where to go. The whole experience was great and my back feels so much better. Rohan was an excellent massage therapist, who made sure that I was never in too much discomfort for the cupping therapy as it was my first experience. Local or not to Islington I would highly recommend Dr Stretch if you have any back/muscle problems. They really tailor your appointment to fit your specific needs. I plan to be a repeat customer.

Excellent experience at MG Osteopathy & Sports Injury Clinic. I went in for dry needling and massage therapy due to severe neck and shoulder pain with very limited neck mobility. When I arrived, my pain level was around 9/10, and my neck was constantly aching. After just one treatment session, my pain dropped to around 2/10. By the next day, my neck felt significantly looser, more mobile, and almost completely pain-free. Highly recommend MG Osteopathy if you’re looking for effective physiotherapy treatment, dry needling, or sports injury therapy for neck and shoulder pain.

Gabi was absolutely exceptional!! As someone who travels frequently and spends long days on my feet, I carry a lot of tension in my neck, shoulders, and back. Gabi somehow found every pain point and expertly worked through them, leaving me feeling completely restored. The treatment was incredibly effective while still being relaxing, and her skill, intuition, and attention to detail really stood out. I came to Trang with extremely tight hips, glutes, traps and neck, which had been preventing me from stretching properly and constantly causing pain after strength training sessions. After just one session with her, I felt immediate relief. Trang truly worked wonders on me. She is incredibly knowledgeable and was able to pinpoint and treat my problem areas with ease. A few days walking around London had left me quite sore and a massage was in order. I'm a massage snob of the highest order, and finding a good massage, with ready availability is a tough ask. Balance fit the bill, with online booking and availability that day! Once there, Alex, a capable and caring woman originally from Portugal greeted me with a glass of water. The rooms were nicely appointed, with adjustable table and heated pad. Alex gave an absolutely solid, deep-tissue massage, which was exactly what I needed. If I lived local, I'd be a regular of hers.

Michael Smith is the best chiropractor I have ever come up - in London as well as in Hong Kong! I never have to tell him where my problems are, he could tell in one touch and will get in to it. I always feel my eyes can see clearer and brain less foggy as he resolved the stiffness in my muscles and better blood circulation results. I strongly recommend him!

Absolutely incredible massage! Great service from start to finish. We had a couples massage fro my grinds 30th and they really impressed us. They provided champagne glasses for the Prosecco . Everything was neat, clean and presentable. Really lovely setting and venue. One of the best massages I have had in London so far. I had plantar fasciitis after running and the heel pain was really affecting me, especially in the mornings. I decided to try shockwave therapy and I’m very glad I did. After a few sessions the pain improved a lot and I was able to run again with much less discomfort. I’d definitely recommend MG Osteopathy to anyone struggling with persistent heel pain.
