Loved it. After the initial questionnaire Eddy knew exactly why I needed a massage and even during the massage he ask me how it was. The pain has significantly improved and I could finally moved more freely. You get a knowledgeable, experienced and caring therapist. I will definitely return

Excellent experience at MG Osteopathy & Sports Injury Clinic. I went in for dry needling and massage therapy due to severe neck and shoulder pain with very limited neck mobility. When I arrived, my pain level was around 9/10, and my neck was constantly aching. After just one treatment session, my pain dropped to around 2/10. By the next day, my neck felt significantly looser, more mobile, and almost completely pain-free. Highly recommend MG Osteopathy if you’re looking for effective physiotherapy treatment, dry needling, or sports injury therapy for neck and shoulder pain.

Gabi was absolutely exceptional!! As someone who travels frequently and spends long days on my feet, I carry a lot of tension in my neck, shoulders, and back. Gabi somehow found every pain point and expertly worked through them, leaving me feeling completely restored. The treatment was incredibly effective while still being relaxing, and her skill, intuition, and attention to detail really stood out. A few days walking around London had left me quite sore and a massage was in order. I'm a massage snob of the highest order, and finding a good massage, with ready availability is a tough ask. Balance fit the bill, with online booking and availability that day! Once there, Alex, a capable and caring woman originally from Portugal greeted me with a glass of water. The rooms were nicely appointed, with adjustable table and heated pad. Alex gave an absolutely solid, deep-tissue massage, which was exactly what I needed. If I lived local, I'd be a regular of hers.

This was the best massage I have ever received. I do a lot of physical activity and my back and shoulders have so many pain points and in only one hour I feel like so many of my muscles opened up. Lamar really worked some magic. I highly recommend and look forward to the next time!

I came to Dr Stretch for help with months-long chronic low back pain, as well as neck/shoulder fatigue from spending too many hours at a desk. Rohan did a careful evaluation of different muscle strengths and weaknesses (have never had someone properly do this despite receiving many sports/therapeutic massages!!). He did very targeted massage work, releasing tight muscles and breaking up deep tension. It was seriously the most effective massage I've had! Rohan also shared a few targeted exercises to strengthen my weak areas and help prevent the issues recurring. ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND!!

Loved my massage with Lemar - I needed a bit of self-care after a rubbish week at work, and treated myself to a last minute swedish massage. Alongside heightened stress levels I'd also been suffering with a bit of back pain and Lemar took the time to understand my needs and tailored the massage accordingly. The massage was fantastic, Lemar is lovely, and I will definitely be back!

I had my first consultation and cupping therapy session with Expert Physiotherapist Javeria, and I’m truly amazed by the results. She carefully assessed my condition, identified the root cause of my lower back pain, and provided the perfect treatment with incredible skill and care. Absolutely incredible massage! Great service from start to finish. We had a couples massage fro my grinds 30th and they really impressed us. They provided champagne glasses for the Prosecco . Everything was neat, clean and presentable. Really lovely setting and venue. One of the best massages I have had in London so far. I will definitely be returning and try out the other services they offer.

I’ve now had multiple sessions with David I originally came in with shoulder pain, and each session has been really helpful and well explained. David is professional, knowledgeable, and takes the time to make sure I understand why we’re doing certain exercises. I’ve already noticed improvement and feel confident in the plan moving forward. I’d highly recommend David to anyone dealing with shoulder pain or physio treatment in general.
