If you tell her what area you need help with she’ll go above and beyond to do what she can. Sasha is the only person I will go to for massages and I would recommend her to everyone xxx

I went to Paula in a lot of pain after a week-long migraine, sinus infection and a foot injury and she, as always, took incredible, loving care of me. Absolutely amazing! I've been to see Sasha 3 times and wow! what a difference it's made. I had been struggling for many months with muscle and tissue tightness due to joint issues and previous surgeries. I was getting to a point where I struggled with day to day movement. Now my joints and muscles are free and almost back to my normal self. Sasha listened to my needs and worked on the places needed and gave excellent advice. I would highly recommend her and will definitely be going back for more massage therapy.
