Very enjoyable massage, experienced massage therapist who was attentive and took her time. Nice environment and ambience. Only downside was small areas section by a curtain so you could hear the person in the next area but that's a minor point and would still highly recommend. Thanks, will be back.

I enjoy hard massages and I got exactly what I wanted. Actually the best massage ever. At the start, my masseuse double checked the pressure level I preferred as well as any areas of focus required. She regularly asked if I was happy with the pressure level. Great ambience. Thoroughly relaxed.

I had my very first Romi Romi today. The depth of Debbie’s touch & the way she intuitively found the exact points that held tension, memory & emotion was beyond words. There were moments where energy throbbed, surged & released through my body. At one point I felt a shooting sensation down my leg & out the sole of my foot, followed by tingles running back up. Her hands were pure magic, firm, intuitive & deeply connected. She guided me gently to breathe through the intensity & where there was softness, her touch felt like medicine. Her intuitive & psychic gifts added another layer. 🙏🏽

The 1.5 hour massage with Debbie was really good. I really enjoyed it. This was my first Romi Romi and with everything I am going through, I really needed this. Thank you Debbie. I will be back.

I have been going to XM for a few months now, for the cold plunge and sauna, and it never disappoints. The traditional sauna gets so hot!. Always clean, consistent, and perfect for a deep, rejuvenating sweat. The new cold plunges are exceptional, offering the ideal contrast, and stepping into the magnesium spa afterward feels incredible. The entire recovery setup feels premium, and Matt, Jake and the team are always warm, welcoming, and professional. Truly a top-tier experience. 11/10.
