Michael Smith is the best chiropractor I have ever come up - in London as well as in Hong Kong! I never have to tell him where my problems are, he could tell in one touch and will get in to it. I always feel my eyes can see clearer and brain less foggy as he resolved the stiffness in my muscles and better blood circulation results. I strongly recommend him!

Great experience with Zeli! This was my first visit to the venue and had a remedial massage with a focus on neck and shoulders. (She did back legs and tummy too). Very relaxing and checked in with me to see if the pressure was too much. I will be visiting again and recommend for anyone who has a stressful lifestyle and wants to keep up with a relaxing routine!

Zeli was great. I took my mum to have a back massage and Zeli made her feel comfortable straight away. She firstly helped her with a very sore back and arm and kept checking in whether everything was okay. I’d highly recommend BoL 😊

She really makes the most of your time - while other beauticians might step out during the mask, Margarita makes sure to give you a neck or foot massage instead. Always such a treat to have a facial with Margarita and the results are great too!

I had a chiropractic assessment at this clinic and it was a fabulous experience as not only the assessment, advice, and treatment were amazing but also the friendliness and chats with Michael Smith were wonderful.
