Michael Smith is the best chiropractor I have ever come up - in London as well as in Hong Kong! I never have to tell him where my problems are, he could tell in one touch and will get in to it. I always feel my eyes can see clearer and brain less foggy as he resolved the stiffness in my muscles and better blood circulation results. I strongly recommend him!

I've seen two therapists here, Acupuncture to cure an allergy reaction and Chiropractor to fix a very sore back. Both have completely fixed me. Its a lovely practice with amazing therapists. Absolutely 5*

Everyone was welcoming and friendly. The atmosphere was very relaxing. Jasmine is an incredible therapist. Very knowledgeable, friendly and communicates effectively. She always checks and confirm areas that I felt needed work and advises the best treatment on the time we have. Needless to say, pain in those areas are now almost gone just after 1 session! Highly recommended for a top quality therapeutic experience.

No complaints. Felt at ease and relaxed, the acupuncture session was thorough

I had a chiropractic assessment at this clinic and it was a fabulous experience as not only the assessment, advice, and treatment were amazing but also the friendliness and chats with Michael Smith were wonderful. After the session, I feel an immediate pain relief and I’m now waiting for a few days to see the longer term effects. Thanks to Michael and the team 👍

Adina is so lovely! She really listened and understood how to help me with shoulder/neck pain and headaches. I feel much better even after one session.

I really liked the lady I saw, since she was very transparent as well as considerate on what she was doing such as assessing my body, as well as going through my medical history and how it can affect where she chooses to place each needle. When it comes to actually having the session, you barely feel any of the needles, as well as when you do it is communicated where they will be placed. As for after, I felt a bit sore however, after I felt a lot of relief the day after, personally I felt like as glowing and had a lot of relief!!!

Nestled in the heart of North London, this salon is a hidden gem. You'll find excellent treatments, really friendly staff, and lovely decor. I highly recommended it!

I’ve now had multiple sessions with David I originally came in with shoulder pain, and each session has been really helpful and well explained. David is professional, knowledgeable, and takes the time to make sure I understand why we’re doing certain exercises. I’ve already noticed improvement and feel confident in the plan moving forward. I’d highly recommend David to anyone dealing with shoulder pain or physio treatment in general.

I felt in very good hands with my osteopath Kate, my lower back pain lifted greatly with her treatment and acupuncture. I have learnt a few things to help avoid stress this area and was grateful for the exercise plan to help with pain and strengthen. Thank you Kate.

Adidas gave me a wonderful massage after a back flare up. She knew where to focus to give me the most relief and had a relaxing and comforting vibe. Would definitely go see her again!
