Sessions at The Gym are always so lovely with the best staff around. I had tummy sculpting and did the infra-red bed, and a week out my waistline is 4cm down! Absolutely incredible results from one session

My first experience with body sculpting was great. The team were informative, friendly and made me feel at ease during the process. The complimentary water and hair masks provided before going in the sauna were a nice little touch to and made the experience feel like a real treat. I was surprised how relaxed I felt when I left and will definitely visit again.

Absolute bliss was the feeling after a lymphatic drainage massage by Olivia. Followed by an infrared sauna. It is just what I needed after a very busy week. Will be doing this on repeat.
