I had such a lovely experience from start to finish. Andreia was so friendly, welcoming and attentive, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the treatment. She really listened to my concerns and took the time to explain everything, including an aftercare plan tailored to my skin. The facial itself was so relaxing, and I felt really well looked after. I’m so happy with the results my skin looked incredibly clean, fresh and glowing afterwards. You can really tell she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about her clients.

Melissa has a beautiful home salon and made me feel totally at ease from the moment I arrived. The space is clean, calm, and really welcoming. I had a waxing appointment and was so impressed with how gentle and professional she was. She took her time, explained everything, and made the whole experience feel comfortable and stress-free. I can’t recommend Rachel highly enough. She is incredibly professional, knowledgeable and clearly has years of experience in aesthetics. She’s so talented at what she does that she even teaches others in the profession, which really shows in the quality of her work. From the moment you meet her, she makes you feel completely at ease. Giuliano is brilliant. The waxing is over before you know it and he's a bit of a perfectionist going after every single stray hair. I've had a few waxes with him now and my skin is feeling amazing.
