Hollie is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met! I’d never had a wax at all - never mind an intimate wax. Went for my legs for my first time and the results spoke for themselves so I booked a bikini wax not long after, which id have never done if Hollie wasn’t as lovely and professional. I’ve been going to her since and the change in my body hair thickness and ingrowns is unbelievable. Hollie really cares about waxing and is constantly improving the products she uses and going on training sessions - though she doesn’t need to she’s fantastic at what she does!! Wouldn’t go anywhere else :)

I had a full body waxing session here and honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. The two ladies who looked after me were absolutely lovely, friendly, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. They were very professional, attentive, and clearly experienced in what they do. The salon was clean, welcoming, and the customer service was excellent throughout. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for professional waxing services. Thank you both for such a positive experience – I’ll definitely be returning!

Rosie is really welcoming. She is very thorough and knowledgeable. I have had multiple treatments with her now, gel fingers and toes, waxing-eyebrows, underarm and bikini line, facials and massage and I couldn’t recommend her enough

Wow I wish I had found Hollie sooner, I’ve just been to Hollie as I’m going abroad for my wedding and I didn’t want to have to worry about being in a bikini and having unwanted hairs and feeling insecure, the pain was much bare-able with Hollie but that’s because of her method and her passion for waxing. Hollie made sure every hair was gone evening using tweezers to get rid of every last hair! Thank you Hollie I can’t wait to continue to my waxing journey xx

I can’t recommend Rachel highly enough. She is incredibly professional, knowledgeable and clearly has years of experience in aesthetics. She’s so talented at what she does that she even teaches others in the profession, which really shows in the quality of her work. From the moment you meet her, she makes you feel completely at ease. She’s warm, friendly and genuinely lovely, and you instantly feel you’re in safe hands. Rachel really listens to what you want, respects your wishes and gives honest advice about what will look best and most natural.

Had a back wax with Ruby and it was great, no wax residue left from the wax which I’ve had at other salons in past, my back is nice and smooth. Definitely highly recommended and will be having my waxing done at Studio 28 in the future going forward.

Hollie is professional but also friendly and chatty, she always makes me feel comfortable and at ease!, she does an amazing job and is very patient and very supportive!
