Best waxer in Birmingham! Danielle is so lovely and does an excellent job with the waxing. She is a perfectionist and my wax is virtually pain free. My hair growth has significantly reduced and my skin is super soft for weeks. I highly recommend her to everyone who needs waxing services.

I had my first intimate wax with Charnel and honestly, I couldn’t recommend her more. I went in not knowing her at all, and by the end of the appointment it genuinely felt like we’d been friends for years. She made me feel so relaxed and comfortable from start to finish, And the biggest surprise… it was practically painless!!! I didn’t believe the reviews before I went, but now I completely get it. Yesterday was my last laser session with practitioner Safa and honestly, I could not be happier with the results. Safa has been extremely accommodating and caring throughout the whole process. Any questions I had she answered within minutes on whatsapp or in person. She eased all my concerns and doubts about the laser treatment in itself. I genuinely believe she provided an excellent service even her attention to detail was immaculate. I could not recommend her more!!!

Could not recommend enough. I was so nervous to go to a new beautician but she had me at ease as soon as I got there and the treatment was exceptional, the least pain I’ve ever felt and super quick (waxing) Her beauty room is so lovely and clean and easily accessible. I’ve had a Hollywood wax before but this was my first time with Harps. I felt really comfortable during my appointment and it didn’t hurt as much as I thought it was! She was very gentle, would recommend!!
