Hands down the best waxing salon in Birmingham— super professional, spotless, and so friendly. Nilima has done all my treatments for my wedding and she’s amazing! I’ll be travelling from Scotland just to keep coming back. Highly recommend!

A fantastic experience again at JBeauty. I had booked for full leg waxing, eyebrow shape and tint, lips and chin ready for my holidays. On the spur of the moment, I wanted my arms waxed and a pedicure. I was very pleased to see how easy Nilima made an appointment for me at her new place. I did not have to wait. Wow. I wish I had found nails and the city sooner! Straight away they are welcoming and friendly. The decorations are divine (I love pink!) and very relaxed. It was my first time having my nails done and I was a tad nervous but Nian was so thoughtful, attentive and gentle which worked wonders. Fast forward to now, I have beautiful nails and found another gem in Birmingham! I'll definitely be returning and strongly encourage you to give them a go! Thank you so much and Happy New Year ❤️

I had my first waxing and eyebrow appointment with Preet, and she was absolutely amazing! She was so warm, friendly, and professional, and immediately helped put me at ease. Even though I've had waxing done many times before, I still get quite nervous, but Preet made me feel relaxed and comfortable throughout the entire appointment. Her technique was excellent, and it was one of the most painless waxing experiences I've ever had. She was very thorough and constantly made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I'll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend! 🩷🫶🏼✨

Honestly the best acrylic nails I have had done in Birmingham. Coming from someone who used to bite down my natural nails Nian has treated them so well that mine are now so long and healthy. It is like going to see a friend and I always come out feeling so relaxed and pampered.

Nian was lovely, so professional, and did a fabulous gel set. Pretty salon, extremely clean and I appreciated the option to have my own kit of supplies. Love this salon and wish I lived closer to visit often, looking forward to my next trip to Birmingham!

I booked a bikini wax, eyebrows and sideburns threading. The ladies in the salon were warm and welcoming upon my arrival, and Priyas service was excellent. I have musculoskeletal issues and a lower pain tolerance than normal. Priya was *excellent* in her handling of me. Her attention to detail, patience and gentleness were very appreciated by me. I was nervous about getting my eyebrows in particular done somewhere new, and she did a great job. I will definitely return to this salon and would highly recommend. Thank you sincerely for the service.

I booked a last minute appointment for full body waxing with J Beauty by Nilima. Pooja looked after me during my first visit to the salon and made me feel comfortable despite what I was in for. The service was great and I highly recommend. I will personally be back again for a refresh when due.
