Beste Ayurvedische massages bij mij in de buurt in Leeds

I was able to book in last minute. The space feels like a sanctuary and is clean and comfortable. Roxy took the time to understand how best to help and what to focus on. I cam out feeling relaxed and realigned! If I lived in Leeds, I'd definitely come again!

I love massages with Sophie! I had a 90min session, so there was no rush, we were able to cover everything I needed and I felt so relaxed afterwards! Would 100% recommend.

Great. Really appreciated the consultation to start and the debrief after the massage. I really enjoy the Ayurvedic massage style. And how adaptable it is to the needs of the client. Thank you :)

Best massage in Leeds, for sure, and probably the best massage I've had ever. It's an easy decision to go back each time I treat myself to a massage

Sophie was incredibly welcoming and has a warm, gentle energy which makes you feel instantly calm and comfortable. The massage and supported yoga was very relaxing, but I could feel it working in the areas I had tightness/aches. I can already feel the difference!

Today was my first aromatherapy reflexology treatment. And it was so good! Within 2 mins I had totally switched off. I even nodded off it was that relaxing. The treatment was so lovely I felt zen and had a clear mind for the rest of the day. The results that Fiona had picked up on during my treatment also rang very true! I will definitely be booking another asap!

Another fab treatment from Sarah Jayne. Very relaxing & felt so much better afterwards. I’m recovering from illness & Sarah Jayne is very much helping me on the road to wellness.

I enjoy Sophie’s massages so much not only cause she has the best hands, but cause she knows how to create the best vibe for a deeply relaxing massage. She has super strong hands and knows well when to apply the right amount of pressure. I always leave the room floating for the rest of the day and grateful that I booked :)
