I was able to book in last minute. The space feels like a sanctuary and is clean and comfortable. Roxy took the time to understand how best to help and what to focus on. I cam out feeling relaxed and realigned! If I lived in Leeds, I'd definitely come again!

This was my third Ayurvedic massage in as many weeks - the first was amazing on its own, but I can really feel the benefit of having a few close together. Sophie was incredibly welcoming and has a warm, gentle energy which makes you feel instantly calm and comfortable. The massage and supported yoga was very relaxing, but I could feel it working in the areas I had tightness/aches. I can already feel the difference!
