My one-to-one session with Ang took everything to a completely different level. We moved through deeply stuck energy with profound releases — from crying, to rage, to feeling energetically sick — as my body let go of what it had been holding onto for so long. Then I was lifted into the most beautiful, peaceful place within myself, before being gently guided back into my body to fully release the trauma that had been holding me back. The one-to-one session was exactly what I needed to fully surrender and let go, knowing I was completely supported and safe the entire time.

Jason is a bright and charismatic therapist who put me straight at ease; a genuine, down-to-earth guy. The consultation on the day discussed problem areas in more detail and ensured we were on the same page regarding what I wanted to achieve from the treatment. A newcomer to Cupping Therapy, the process was explained throughout and Jason ensured I was as comfortable as possible during the treatment. It's the next morning now and the pain in my shoulders and back have reduced significantly. Great aftercare card. Thank you Jason look forward to another treatment with you in future :)

From first contact when booking the appointment to the actual appointment I received first class service. This was purchased as a surprise birthday gift for my mum from Glasgow that was visiting a friend in Leeds. I could not have gotten her any better My mum is already looking forward to her next trip to Leeds to book in again. Thank you for making her birthday so special

Angela is so lovely this is my second time going to halo she has so much experience I had a Swedish massage it was the best I felt so relaxed she explained everything from the oils she used and how to use breathing to relax would highly recommend
