I booked for full day spa package for 3 pax. The masseuse are very good in massage, facial, hair spa. The environment is very good and nice. I will come back again. The spa tub was design in a way that is friendly to older ppl. My little suggestion to Spa Central Baloi is that best to have an emergency bell in the spa room. I'm very satisfied with the service today. Thanks 👍 😊

What a gem! This spa was AMAZING. The stars were Ms. Sevii who took care of arrangements for pickup/dropoff to hotel and a gourmet lunch; Ms. Aya who gives the BEST massage, facial and hair treatments; Ms. Rere who can do manicure/pedicures like no other (excellent) and Ms. Yus who was the excellent chauffeur provided. Highly recommend the full day package and be prepared to be pampered like royalty!

My personal preference for a spa experience is clean and hygiene surrounding. The moment I walked in the receptionist promptly confirmed my bookings. Eka my masseur was attentive and check with me the strength of the massage of my needs. I have the central favorite am very pleased with massage.

My wife was equally pleased with her facial treatment—the results were fantastic! What impressed me the most was the kids’ area. My daughter loved it! One of the best massages and I have had them in US, Thailand, Japan, Singapore, Jakarta, Costa Rica etc. Very clean establishment, very professional. I may have accidentally fell in love with my masseuse. Soft hands, very gentle, very thorough and thoughtful. I will be back!

Great experience since getting information and booking. They were so kind to answer all my questions regarding the treatments and were able to find a slot for me for a full spa day. They gave the recommendations for the ferry trip from Singapore to Batam and went to the ferry terminal to pick me up. When I arrived they received me with a cucumber beverage and had me choose the essential oil for my massage and the ingredients for the scrub . I chose jasmine for aromatherapy and coffee for the scrub. My therapist was beyond expectations, her name is Nelvi and I had a great time
