We both had Central Couple package, both Aya and Indah were good and attentive to our needs we also add on hair wash and hair blow dry in our package. It was so relaxing that I slept through out the session. I love the selection of oil and scrub, really recommend green tea, it has really nice scent.

I booked for full day spa package for 3 pax. The masseuse are very good in massage, facial, hair spa. The environment is very good and nice. I will come back again. The spa tub was design in a way that is friendly to older ppl. My little suggestion to Spa Central Baloi is that best to have an emergency bell in the spa room. I'm very satisfied with the service today. Thanks 👍 😊

It was my second time here. Booked for the whole family for aromatheraphy and traditional massages while the kids had their cream bath hair spa. Very friendly staff and we had a wonderful time there!

What a gem! This spa was AMAZING. The stars were Ms. Sevii who took care of arrangements for pickup/dropoff to hotel and a gourmet lunch; Ms. Aya who gives the BEST massage, facial and hair treatments; Ms. Rere who can do manicure/pedicures like no other (excellent) and Ms. Yus who was the excellent chauffeur provided. Highly recommend the full day package and be prepared to be pampered like royalty!

Tried the rain mist spa and the experience was great. I took the deluxe package and love the hair spa too! Definitely a must try!

I had such a wonderful experience here! I tried the massage, body scrub, manicure, and hair spa with Rere — semuanya memang best dan sangat memuaskan. Massage dia sangat relaxing, tak terlalu kuat dan tak terlalu lembut, memang cukup untuk hilangkan lenguh. Body scrub pun wangi dan buat kulit rasa super smooth lepas tu. Manicure sangat kemas, detail, dan warna pun tahan lama. Hair spa pula memang favourite — urutan kepala dia buat terus rasa ringan dan fresh. Service pun sangat friendly, professional, dan buat kita rasa selesa dari mula sampai habis. Definitely Will come again.

We had a wonderful day at Spa Central Baloi with Dianty and Kiki(?). The body scrub, followed by hot stones massage was performed with care and adequate pressure as requested. I like the private rooms in this centre, and more importantly, the reclining chairs for foot reflexology. Wonderful day and look forward to coming again in the future.

Great experience for hair spa. Ms Indah was very attentive and gentle with my hair, always checking on my comfort level throughout the treatment and massage. She handled my hair with such care and I truly appreciated her professionalism.

Had traditional and hair spa from Heni . The massage was good with Heni asked what I want to focus on. We focused on my aching legs and shoulder/ back and the hair spa makes my hair feel smooth for days.

Took the full day spa package. The service was excellent and had a great time of pampering session. Geo was very attentive and friendly. The massage session was the best as well as the hairspa. Only feedback is the time between lunch then facial is too short, better if can space out abit.

Masseuses are great and professional, as well as callus removal. All was awesome.

Took half-day deluxe and overall it was 4.5 out of 5. Location: Was convenient and near Nagoya Hill but they have complimentary driver to fetch you to wherever. Facility: The place was nice, clean and well organised. Love it! Treatment: The masseur was excellent in massage and everything but not good in Manicure, it was so bad i couldn't even take a picture. Overall, the rest is great just don'e take the nails and the salon services.

Ibu Diana did an excellent haircut and colored my hair, she did it diligently and carefully.
