Amazing service from the front counter staff explaining the different oils and scrubs before we started the spa. My masseuse Geo was amazing and she was very knowledgeable during the whole spa session. My personal preference for a spa experience is clean and hygiene surrounding. The moment I walked in the receptionist promptly confirmed my bookings. Eka my masseur was attentive and check with me the strength of the massage of my needs. I have the central favorite am very pleased with massage.

I booked for full day spa package for 3 pax. The masseuse are very good in massage, facial, hair spa. The environment is very good and nice. I will come back again. The spa tub was design in a way that is friendly to older ppl. My little suggestion to Spa Central Baloi is that best to have an emergency bell in the spa room. I'm very satisfied with the service today. Thanks 👍 😊

I recently visited Spa Central Nagoya, and I had an excellent experience. The massage therapy was top-notch, and I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. My wife was equally pleased with her facial treatment—the results were fantastic! What impressed me the most was the kids’ area. My daughter loved it! She had a great time participating in the short activities, and it’s wonderful that the spa caters to families. Overall, I highly recommend Spa Central Nagoya, especially for those with kids. The combination of great treatments and a family-friendly environment makes it a standout choice.

The stars were Ms. Sevii who took care of arrangements for pickup/dropoff to hotel and a gourmet lunch; Ms. Aya who gives the BEST massage, facial and hair treatments; Ms. Rere who can do manicure/pedicures like no other (excellent) and Ms. Yus who was the excellent chauffeur provided. Highly recommend the full day package and be prepared to be pampered like royalty!

By far, this is definitely one of the best ever if not, the best indeed i've ever experienced getting full body spa massage.. The staffs are all very polite & helpful in any way they can be of service to ensure the customers are getting the best in what they need or looking for.. Can really feel & tell the difference as compared to others elsewhere whenever i did my massages.. Their hospitality & professionalism are really making my day an enjoyable time.. I visited Spa Central Baloi a couple of months ago. This time round I thought I wanted go try other Massage places. In the end after trying another 2 highly rated spa and massage places, I decided to come back to Spa Central Baloi as it is by far the best Spa experience I ever had in Batam. The service is impeccable and sincere. I had another Masseuse by the name Riska, she was equally good and this shows how consistent the standard is. The masseues were well trained and considerate, the session was quiet and comfortable. I will be back again. Thank you for taking care of us!

The Spa provide a good service from the start till the end. They pick us up at the hotel. The Therapist was good in making us comfortable with their massage for 2.5 hrs. At the end of the session they served us with ginger tea and they drop us back at hotel. We have booked for another session ( Facial ) for Sat too

For our wedding anniversary, my husband and I decided to treat ourselves to a full-day spa experience, and it was nothing short of amazing, largely thanks to the incredible skills of our therapists, Dianty and Angie. By the time our treatments were finished, we felt like we had been transported to another world. Our skin was glowing, our muscles were relaxed, and we were completely at peace. We cannot recommend Dianty and Angie highly enough - they are simply the best! . The lunch was a perfect addition to the already magnificent spa experience. Overall, it was a delightful experience!

First time here. My friend and I absolutely enjoyed the service provided by the masseues whose names we have already forgotten 😅 They were meticulous, polite and considerate throughout the entire 5 hours service. Due to language barrier, we couldn't communicate much but the receptionists did help to translate what I wanted to ask. Kudos to the entire team (including the driver, Mr Wahyu) for this top notch service. Highly recommend this centre to anyone who's looking for a good spa in Batam! Terima kasih!! 💯⭐⭐⭐
