Had an amazing massage session with Eka! I walked out feeling so good, like I had a brand new body. I asked Eka to focus on my legs, calves and thighs as I do a lot of sports. She worked through the tightness and soreness very effectively. The funniest part was the back massage because I’m very ticklish 😂 Eka quickly noticed it and adjusted her pressure and technique to make it more comfortable. Thank you Eka for the wonderful massage. Highly recommended and I’ll definitely be back!

Came in on peak period hence maybe staff are quite tired, did 90min massage & body scrub. Overall experience was great just the massage expecting more pressure.

By far, this is definitely one of the best ever if not, the best indeed i've ever experienced getting full body spa massage.. The staffs are all very polite & helpful in any way they can be of service to ensure the customers are getting the best in what they need or looking for.. Can really feel & tell the difference as compared to others elsewhere whenever i did my massages.. Their hospitality & professionalism are really making my day an enjoyable time.. Did a 4.5hr top to toe spa and enjoyed the whole session. Highly recommend Susi's services-massage, body scrub, facial and also hair spa! Super relaxing and great way to end my Batam trip.

Kiki was wonderfully attentive to my needs as I was nursing a cough and runny nose. She kept making sure I was comfortable, had tissue on hand and hot water when I needed it. She also exerted a good amount of pressure as I chose the accupressure fusion massage. Kiki is also quite conversant in English which I appreciate.

I recently visited Spa Central Batam and had an amazing experience with Aya. From the moment the session started, she was incredibly professional, attentive, and skilled at what she does. Her massage technique was strong, consistent, and very relaxing — exactly what I needed after a tiring week. You can really tell she has experience and passion in her work. The masseuse has great massage technique, however she was feeling a bit unwell and keep coughing during my session (despite wearing mask), it's a bit concerning for me and making my session slightly unpleasant.

We had a wonderful day at Spa Central Baloi with Dianty and Kiki(?). The body scrub, followed by hot stones massage was performed with care and adequate pressure as requested. I like the private rooms in this centre, and more importantly, the reclining chairs for foot reflexology. Wonderful day and look forward to coming again in the future.

Fantastic services by Spa Sentral Baloi. All their staffs are friendly, clean and comfortable environment. Dianty and Martha’s massage skills were great, just the right pressure and on point. My husband and I had full day massages, facial, classic pedi and head spa. When the driver sent us back to the hotel, we were refreshed and felt relaxed.

I had a fantastic experience at Massage Central! My Lomi Lomi massage from Lidia was incredible—the stiffness in my back and shoulders is completely gone. She is professional and talented. My mum also had a session with Fifi. She is extremely knowledgeable and careful;because my mum is over 65 and has high blood pressure, Fifi thoughtfully catered the massage to her needs. She successfully helped with the tension and 'wind' in her back. We are very satisfied and will definitely be coming back!
