My first visit to The Bothy for a manicure with Alex. From walking through the door I received a warm welcome, such a nice relaxed atmosphere and all the girls I encountered were friendly and very helpful. Alex did a great job on my very neglected hands and nails .....would not hesitate in recommending and I'm looking forward to future visits

Had a Dermaplaning facial today. Peaceful atmosphere. It was wonderful, I feel refreshed , calm and relaxed. A brilliant experience. My skins looks fantastic. I would highly recommend. Also the hand and arm massage was very lovely.

Helen has a lovely touch, soft , calming , even magical. Very pleasurable and relaxing. Feel safe and secure in surroundings with relaxing music. Great new type of facial tried and LED light mask. And a nice hand/arm massage.

A most relaxing, but energising facial. I can definitely see the difference in my skin. Would certainly have this again and would recommend it to my friends. Helen always extends a warm welcome. I have so much confidence in her skills and professionalism.

Abi was so lovely! We talked about what I’d like and we worked from there. I am so pleased with the finishing results, I’ve gone from box dyed black/dark brown hair to a natural warm colour which is close to my natural hair colour! My hair feels healthy and fresh! I can’t thank Abi enough for what she has achieved! Her and Andrea were so welcoming and chatty which made my time there fly by! I look forward to regular hair appointments at Haze. Another lovely luxury pedicure with Helen. My poor neglected feet are now ready for the summer! Helen has such a warm and friendly manner and puts so much attention into her beauty therapies. I have tried a few centrally located salons in York but find them rushed and overpriced for the quality of treatments and customer service. I highly recommend Helen and Haze!

Looking forward to my birthday weekend with a fabulous new colour and cut by Ashleigh, she always does exactly what I ask, a relaxing afternoon, enhanced by Helen and her eyebrow waxing. Thanks also to Holly, what a great team you made today!
