I’ve now had multiple sessions with David I originally came in with shoulder pain, and each session has been really helpful and well explained. David is professional, knowledgeable, and takes the time to make sure I understand why we’re doing certain exercises. I’ve already noticed improvement and feel confident in the plan moving forward. I’d highly recommend David to anyone dealing with shoulder pain or physio treatment in general.

I came to Dr Stretch for help with months-long chronic low back pain, as well as neck/shoulder fatigue from spending too many hours at a desk. Rohan did a careful evaluation of different muscle strengths and weaknesses (have never had someone properly do this despite receiving many sports/therapeutic massages!!). He did very targeted massage work, releasing tight muscles and breaking up deep tension. It was seriously the most effective massage I've had! Rohan also shared a few targeted exercises to strengthen my weak areas and help prevent the issues recurring. ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND!!

This is like entering to the land of fairies. The studio is dreamy and beautiful and the previous conversation with Cassie is always welcoming and it settles you down for the session. What can i say about the moment that Cassie starts working with your energy and with acupuncture? words are not enough, is something you need to do! You will feel blessed and happy afterwords, with your energy completely uplifted. For me is always a gift and im super happy when i have the time to get this treatment. Rohan is very skilled and I like the fact he always adds a new stretch or movement to the sport massage, which is customised to your problem. This is the only therapy giving me pain relief that lasts until the next session !

My first time at this salon and Nicole was very warm and welcoming. I was in intense pain in back, legs and thighs so was unable to lie comfortably in certain positions. Nicole took time to make me comfortable, using pillows for support, before she started the treatment. As soon as she started, I felt immediate relief. She got right to the root of the problem and is very knowledgeable about how muscles work. Because of the intensity of my pain, I obviously wasn't cured in one session, but the pain had lessened considerably. I will be back for further sessions and I highly recommend Nicole.
