Catherine has magic healing hands and explained well the treatment suitable for my stiff neck and shoulders. I feel so much lighter after the 2 hour session with her. I had a bit of everything, accupuncture, cupping, scraping, tui na massage and foot massage. What a treat but not for beginners, iykyk. Will come again when I am in London next.

I felt so safe and cared for during my prenatal session. The room was set up comfortably with supportive pillows, and the therapist checked on my positioning constantly. Pure relaxation and relief for my lower back.

I booked a Trigger Point massage to address an issue with my left shoulder which was causing a fair bit of discomfort and pain. Curtis was amazing - he talked me through his process & ensured I was comfortable throughout. After the massage, it was the first time in months I had felt no pain.
