Cassie has such such a warm, lovely presence and very attuned to the needs of the client. It has been super hard for me to find an acupuncturist in London that I felt was intuitive and understood my presentation, and could listen to the subtle cues of my energy field and physical body. Super grateful to have the opportunity to receive her magic!

I had a physiotherapy consultation and treatment for my neck with Shahana, and I was really impressed. She is very knowledgeable, professional, and thorough in her assessment. She explained the cause of my neck pain clearly and provided effective hands-on treatment along with helpful exercises and posture advice. My treatment with Holly was amazing - such a genuinely holistic approach to skin, looking at everything from diet and sleep to stress. The facial itself was incredible (my skin is already feeling so dewy), and the sound healing and acupuncture took me into such a deep state of relaxation. I feel completely restored inside and out.

I came to Trang with extremely tight hips, glutes, traps and neck, which had been preventing me from stretching properly and constantly causing pain after strength training sessions. After just one session with her, I felt immediate relief. Trang truly worked wonders on me. She is incredibly knowledgeable and was able to pinpoint and treat my problem areas with ease. I am very grateful to have known cassie for several years. Cassie is compassionate, kind, and highly skilled. I am a bit loss for words really because I sound like I am exaggerating, but she is very special. When I get an accupuncture facial with Cassie I am getting treated holistically--not just my face, but my whole being. I have a long entrenched sleeping disorder, and I even sleep better after a treatment. For those afraid of needles Cassie is remarkably gentle. l whole heartedly recommend a visit to Cassie. I doubt it will be your last.

I honestly had the best massage of my life with David. I arrived with super tight muscles and some lower back pain, but David listened to everything I said and paid really close attention to what I needed. He also made sure to check in throughout the massage to make sure the pressure was right (it was always perfect!), which I really appreciated. I left feeling like my body had been put back together again. I can’t recommend David enough!
