My appointment was for a back massage as I have been expetience lower back pain Leong worked on deep tissue around my spine, hips, pelvis, legs and gave me some exercises to help correct posture. Amazing relief. Thank you so much

Chronic neck and head pain for 15 months and received no support and understanding from GPs, yet just one, short acupuncture treatment with Penny today the pain is lifted and I have some respite. I will continue my two weekly visits with much enthusiasm and faith.

I’ve seen Roger twice now and he is amazing. The things that I was suffering with are so much better I can’t believe how much better I feel in myself being pain free. I highly recommend seeing Roger if you are in pain and need relief.

Vida is consistently good at what she does. Listening well to the person and treating them with acupuncture accordingly. I have been seeing her for quite a few years, and am convinced my quality of life is better for doing so.

Fantastic! Completely tailored to my needs. I went in with lower back pain and left feeling so much more comfortable, relaxed, and mobile after a blend of deep tissue massage and lymphatic drainage. Highly recommended.

My appointment with Roger for McTimoney chiropractic treatment was one of the best decisions I have made. I had been in pain for a long time and thought I had to live with it but after my appointment I feel great I am fixable. I would definitely recommend an appointment with Roger.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing an acupuncture session at Warsash Therapy Rooms. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and kindness by the friendly staff. Vida, the acupuncturist, who was highly skilled and knowledgeable, took the time to listen carefully to my concerns for the treatment. The needles were gently inserted at specific points on my body, and I felt a subtle sensation of energy flowing through me. I’ve also experienced a noticeable reduction in my previously chronic pain, which had been a significant concern for me. I look forward to my next session.

My experience with Leon was fantastic again he listened to me. Then proceeded to act to give me some pain relief for my hip and leg. He did warn me I will be aching tomorrow, but you have to accept going back a little to step forward.
