I had never had reflexology before but Reflex-age was a great introduction to it as it started with a head, neck and shoulder massage first which helped relax me before the foot reflexology. As always, I cannot recommend Michelle more!!!

Karen has a very natural, holistic approach to wellness and relaxation. I love it that I can book a 1hr appt and just give Karen an idea on what areas I would like worked on, and let Karen decide how best to treat me. I had an amazing 45-minute Swedish massage experience! From the moment the session started, I felt completely at ease. The pressure was perfect—gentle yet effective—and all the tension in my shoulders and back just melted away. She took extra care to massage my hands and feet as well as my back and chest, which made the experience feel incredibly thorough and relaxing. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, making it easy to fully unwind. I left feeling refreshed, lighter, and incredibly relaxed. I highly recommend Ruth for a massage.

Really enjoyed my massage, I like that it’s tailored to my needs based on a quick chat before the massage begins. The mixture of neck/shoulder massage, head massage and reflexology was amazing. Karen has healing hands and a lovely set up to increase the relaxation. I will recommend to friends and family!

We have been coming to Michelle for years. Her treatments are amazing. My favourite treatment is the Reflex-age which includes a head, neck and shoulder message with foot reflexology. Pure bliss. My mum has hand reflexology which she thoroughly recommends 💞

On a wet and windy Saturday morning I was transported to south east Asia. With all the thoughtful tiny rituals the massage by Par was the best I've experienced for a very long time. I cannot recommend highly enough. My new favourite place for a relaxing but thorough massage. Thank you!🙏

I’ve just had the most magical reflexology treatment with Michelle, and honestly, I didn’t realise how much I needed it until I drifted off to sleep on the couch. From the moment I arrived, everything felt perfect — the warm welcome, the soothing atmosphere, and those heavenly hot towels on my feet. The treatment itself was pure bliss. I left feeling lighter, deeply relaxed, and with such relief in my achy feet — not to mention all the incredible holistic benefits that come with reflexology. I’ll definitely be making this a regular ritual!

My first time getting a lymphatic drainage massage and I thoroughly enjoyed every moment. Laura has such indepth knowledge and makes you feel so comfortable. The heated bed and towels were wonderful and relaxing. I feel refreshed and will definitely have one again. A nice little surprise of a gift bag and electrolyte water at the end was a lovely touch. Highly recommend laura and her services.

I had a wonderful 90-minute massage with Karen, and she worked absolute wonders on my back, neck, and shoulders, where I’d been carrying a lot of tension.
