Karen has a very natural, holistic approach to wellness and relaxation. I love it that I can book a 1hr appt and just give Karen an idea on what areas I would like worked on, and let Karen decide how best to treat me. I came away from today's massage/reflexology session feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. Thank you!

Really enjoyed my massage, I like that it’s tailored to my needs based on a quick chat before the massage begins. The mixture of neck/shoulder massage, head massage and reflexology was amazing. Karen has healing hands and a lovely set up to increase the relaxation. I will recommend to friends and family!

Alex welcomed me back to her new, larger massage studio in Fareham. I had an hours sports massage where she gave me a full body session which helped with all my problems. I highly recommend Alex for her knowledge and friendly service.

Very good. Lovely setting - calming and relaxing. Reflexology and massage eased a lot of aches and pains.

Alex is very knowledgeable and welcoming, listens and tailors the treatment and the sports massage is the best I have ha and I have had imany over the years

This appointment was attended by my partner, who is suffering with a knee issue. He was very impressed with Alex's understanding of the problem and she put him at ease immediately. The massage that Alex administered was amazing and she offered him some much needed advice re: exercise and aftercare. He will be arranging a follow up appointment.

I had a wonderful Swedish massage with Alex this evening. She is so knowledgeable in her field and I feel totally relaxed knowing that I am receiving the best treatment. Fully recommended and I am delighted that she was, in turn, recommended to me!
