Was visiting Sydney for Christmas and New Year and I have a very sore hip with all the extra walking about while travelling so I decided to use Deep Relax Massage. After getting a massage from Trane, I decided to go back as often as my plans would allow me, think I visited 5 times. Trane is excellent at his job and would recommend him to everyone.

Dr T, Is the OG when it comes to Acupuncture, I walked in with so much pain and today I have at least 95% of my movement back due to a pinched nerve. Just book an appointment and feel the difference!

I have been cared for by Tiffany for a few years now. She has been marvellous. My overall health has improved and the specific issues I have had have been readily resolved by her. She has aided my damaged shoulder, improved blood circulation and helped my digestive system. She is very good at zooming in on the core problem and fixing it with her special hands. Tiffany is an expert in her field - better than the many thousand others in Sydney. She is a very caring and reliable person. I am honoured to have had her as my masseuse.

Fantastic! I love it because I feel refreshed and energised after every session. And then at night I sleep very well. I really recommend acupuncture treatment at this place.

Mauri was excellent as always! She’s the best! I went with pain in my shoulder and arm and she fixed it in 30 min session.

I had initial appointment and treatment with Joy to address some sports-related shoulder injuries through acupuncture. The assessment itself was so comprehensive and she took the extra time to explain everything to me as I was quite inquisitive about the holistic practices. My body felt very loose and much more relaxed after the dry needling and we chatted about other things that have been causing me issues for future appointments. Super clean and friendly environment and would definitely recommend.

Ive had Acunpunture in Sydney from 3 different practitioners since the 1980's for lower back pain and general health.I've found Ping in Crows Nest too be the best by far....and continue regular visits to her today for general health.

Tiffany is an amazing therapist and I have been going to her for remedial massage. I have neck and shoulders pain due to my occupation. She is very patient and gave me useful advise on how to manage it well. I would recommend her to my friends.

Wonderful deep tissue massage! I feel so relaxed and loose now. I would definitely go again if I was staying in Sydney longer.

Thomas is a great acupuncturist! He’s been our family doctor for 8+ years and helped us many times with emergency back pain and all sorts of body pain due to stiff muscles or nervous tension. The best therapeutic massage in Sydney!
