Always have an amazing experience with Citrine Clinic! I have been a returning customer for many years now and cannot fault the ladies, especially Nazia and Zafreen for their amazing customer service. Zafreen always goes above and beyond for the services she provides on the day - whether it is a quick eyebrow appointment or even lengthier appointments like facial or body laser treatments -she has always been a gem! The reason for my 5 star rating is. I came in with terrible neck pain and back pain . I’ve been going to her regularly, and she’s always been very professional. Every time I visit, I feel completely relaxed afterward. She really knows what she’s doing, especially when it comes to relieving muscle tension. I usually go for a sports massage, and it’s been extremely effective especially since I work out. I would definitely say she’s one of the best at what she does, and I highly recommend her.

This is the only clinic I trust for my laser hair removal and facials. I see Nazia regularly for treatments, and the experience is always exceptional. The new clinic is immaculate and conveniently located just a few minutes walk from Goodmayes Station. I highly recommend their laser and facial treatments. I went to Therapy Clinic London for wet cupping (Hijama) as I was suffering with neck and shoulder pain. Brother Ramaiz was amazing — very professional and made me feel completely comfortable. After the session, I felt truly amazing. The pain and tension were so much better. Highly recommend.

Staff are friendly and they give you a warm welcome, Place is great n very clean. Service is great. You can see a visible result but don’t expect miracles.
