First time visiting and I was genuinely impressed. I was warmly welcomed by the owner, Becky, which immediately set the tone. I booked a Hydro Glow Facial. The facial itself was incredibly relaxing and Shannon took the time to explain each step, which made me feel comfortable and well-informed throughout. The salon is modern, spotless and has such a welcoming atmosphere it honestly felt like being at a friend’s house. I left feeling like my skin looked refreshed and glowing and the treatment was very reasonable priced. The goodie bag at the end was a really nice touch too.

I got a lash lift and brow lamination done by Amy, I really cannot express how relaxed she made me feel the moment I stepped into the salon. She was extremely kind and talked me through each step and what she was doing. I suffer with anxiety and I stopped going to get my brows done due to bad experiences I had in the past, I can safely safe I’ll be rebooking with Amy when I need to get them done again and would really recommend her to anyone who’s looking to get there lashes or brows done, especially if they have anxiety! Plant be more happier with my lashes

In addition to my usual HD brows I had the Korean lash lift. I am absolutely thrilled with the results, my eyelashes are really straight so not touching my eyelash curler or applying lots of mascara is fabulous. I had LVL years ago and this experience was worlds away from that, not that I would expect anything else from Billie. I will most definitely repeat the treatment when my downward pointing eyelashes reappear, thanks Billie x

I had an absolutely brilliant lymphatic drainage massage with Oksana. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. Her technique was exceptional — gentle yet very effective — and I could genuinely feel the difference in my body immediately after the session. My daughter had her eyelashes done today and her friend had her hair dyed a deep wine red. As ever the place was packed. It’s the friendliest and most professional salon in London.

I am a over 2 weeks late writing this review. My lash lift and tint with Isabela was great and I am really happy with it. I have always used one person for my lash lifts so was abit nervous going to someone else, but she made me feel really comfortable and explained the process as she was doing it. She was very friendly and made me feel at ease. And I was left feeling happy with how my lashes have turned out. I would definitely recommend her to people.

I absolutely loved my experience with Anni. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable and confident in her work. She took the time to explain the process, helped me choose the perfect style for my eye shape, and the results were stunning. My lashes look flawless, lightweight, and have lasted so well.
