Very therapeutic massage, I had a stiff back from a past lower back injury and Holly treated me with massage, acupuncture and cupping. After two days the relief came and it has been very good since. Highly recommend.

Had the best lymphatic massage experience with Carmel . She was very kind and looks after you very well . Then the infrared sauna was the also very good experience . Place was absolutely clean and the music was really soothing. Body D-tox Preston is highly recommended for all the remedial massage experiences . The girl at the reception is also very kind and treat all the customers so well

The people are friendly, caring and have created a rejuvenating healing sanctuary. Holly, my treating practitioner is diverse, knowledgeable and always willing to attend to any of my health concerns. Holly is a wonderful therapeutic magical healer. 10/10 would recommend to anybody looking to heal, grow or just want to feel more relaxed and themselves.

After a busy week a Lymphatic massage, acupuncture session and dry float is what my body needed. Holly my practitioner made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. My massage was amazing and acupuncture really helped my aching back. Will definitely be back again 10/10 ⭐️
