I came for extractions as I’m currently dealing with acne and Edith was very knowledgable, kind and understanding. Extractions are never fun and she was very supportive throughout and tried to make the process as swift as possible. I called before making a booking as I am allergic to parabens and she was very accommodating and made sure to check her products’ ingredients. She also gave great advice on what products to use and devices to purchase without placing any pressure. One of the rare places in London where the business is authentic and wants to help their clients improve their skin!

Siân was so knowledgeable and welcoming, making my first ever Deep Phyto Peel a breeze! - yes, I went all in! She explained everything clearly and ensured I was comfortable throughout. The heated bed was an unexpected treat—I think I even dozed off a few times! The space was spotless, beautifully scented, and wonderfully cosy against the miserable London weather.
